That stack doesn't replace a team, but it removes a lot of the checking and chasing.

A creator's bottleneck is usually ideas and speed.

The official Hermes Telegram Business plugin is the one I'd look at first, and it has 43 stars in the catalog.
It drafts a reply to each customer message and sends the draft to you, and nothing reaches the customer until you approve it.
That approval step is exactly what I'd want before I let any agent near a customer.
The WhatsApp plugin on my list is different, because during the current beta it only lets the agent's creator chat.
So today it's a way for you to message your own agent, and it isn't a customer support channel yet.
Voice Plugins: Install One And Only One
In the video I said to install just one voice plugin and to pick the one with the most stars.
The Voice category has 15 plugins, and several overlap.

You don't need to be technical for the one-click route.
- Open the official Plugin Catalog at hermes-agent.nousresearch.com/docs/plugins.
- Find the plugin and open its page.
- Read the README on that page.
- Click "Open in Hermes Desktop".
- Check the GitHub repository shown in the install dialog and choose the profile to install into.
- Click Install.
If you're comfortable with a terminal, the command is hermes plugins install followed by the plugin name.
You can run hermes plugins info followed by the name first, and it shows the repo, the maintainer and which tools and keys the plugin adds.

The Safety Check Every Business Should Run First
This matters more on a work machine than anywhere else.
When I counted the catalog on 10 October 2026, it had 532 plugin pages, and only 10 of them were official plugins from Nous Research.
The rest are community plugins written by independent developers.
So before anything goes on a machine with client data, I'd do this.
- Read the GitHub repository and the README, and make sure the plugin does the job you expect.
- Read the "Disclosure" line on the listing, because many plugins state plainly what they read or run.
- Check which keys it asks for and where your data is sent.
- Check when it was last updated.
- Install it into a test profile before your main one.
Hermes helps you here as well.
The installer runs a security scan, a plugin with a "dangerous" verdict can't be installed, and a "caution" verdict asks you to confirm in the terminal.
A refused install isn't a bug, and it's a prompt to read the findings before you decide.
