The Julian Goldie Agent OS GitHub repo doesn't exist, because my Agent OS isn't on public GitHub and it's only available inside the AI Profit Boardroom as an installable download with step-by-step guides.
That's the short answer, and I want to give it to you on the first line so you don't waste time searching.
The longer answer is more useful if you run a business.
Most people who search for my Agent OS on GitHub have seen it in one of my videos and thought, "I want that running my business."
So in this post I'll explain what the Agent OS is, what's inside it, how real businesses use it day to day, how you get it and install it, why it isn't a public repo, how to avoid fake copies, and which free GitHub projects you can try if you want to start without spending anything.
The Quick Answer On The Julian Goldie Agent OS GitHub Search
There is no public GitHub repo for my Agent OS.
The official version is a members' download inside the AI Profit Boardroom, and it comes with install docs, video walkthroughs, updates and four coaching calls a week.
If a GitHub page claims to be "the Julian Goldie Agent OS", it isn't from me.
What I do give away for free is the method, through my guides on agentos.guide, so you can build your own version if you want to.
What The Agent OS Actually Is
The Agent OS is one dashboard where all my AI agents live, share one memory and keep working while I'm away.
I started building it in mid-2025, when I moved my focus from SEO tactics to AI agents that do the SEO for me.
It runs on my own machine, and it works on macOS and Linux and through a web browser, so I can open it from my phone too.
Inside it, I run a crew of agents that includes Claude Code, Hermes, Codex, Gemini, OpenClaw, Kimi and GLM.
Every one of them reads from and writes to the same Obsidian memory vault.
That shared memory is what makes it useful for a business.
You explain your business once, and every agent knows it from then on.
The Business Problem It Solves
Here's what running AI looked like for me before I built it.
I had Claude in one tab, Hermes in a terminal, my notes in another app and my tasks in a different tool.
Every morning, I re-explained my business to each AI from scratch.
Generated files landed in random folders, and two weeks later I couldn't find them.
Harvard Business Review reported in 2022 that workers toggle between apps about 1,200 times a day and lose just under four hours a week reorienting.
That's the hidden tax on every small business owner using AI right now.
The Agent OS removes it with one screen, one shared memory and one task board.

How I Use The Agent OS In My Own Business
I run Goldie Agency, a 7-figure SEO and link-building agency, and AI now handles around 80% of our internal operations.
Here's how the Agent OS does real work for me, without any invented numbers.
| Job | Which part of the Agent OS does it | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| SEO content | Claude Code, the builder | My SEO posts publish across five websites, with schema and indexing handled in the same run. |
| Competitor watch | Oracle, a named Hermes agent | It checks competitors' sites and news each morning and writes a short report into my vault. |
| Content ideas | Astros, another Hermes agent | It suggests content ideas based on what my vault already knows. |
| Routine jobs | The Kanban board | I drop cards like "draft the outline", "check indexing" and "pull the numbers", then come back to finished work. |
| Outreach | The Outreach and Leads tabs | Agents find prospects, enrich and score them, and help with email outreach. |
| AI news | The Radar tab | A 24/7 watcher sweeps for AI news and drafts posts. |
| Video | The Studio | A pipeline runs from brief and research to script, presenter, b-roll, edit and render. |
| Quick questions | The Hermes voice desk | I say "hey Hermes" and get a spoken answer in about five seconds, saved to the same thread. |
The thing I love most is the Kanban board.
I drop a batch of cards in the morning, go to the gym, and come back to the work sitting in Done, with notes in the vault explaining what happened.
How Other Businesses Use The Same Setup
Members run agencies, ecommerce stores, coaching businesses, local services and content businesses on the same setup.
The board doesn't care what you sell, because a card is just a job.
Here's how the same pieces map onto different businesses.
- An agency owner can give each client a project in the vault, so agents write reports and content that already know the client's voice and goals.
- An ecommerce founder can use cards for product descriptions, competitor price checks and customer email drafts.
- A coach or consultant can have the vault interview them once, then let agents draft newsletters, posts and call notes in their own voice.
- A local service business can hand agents review replies, local SEO pages and weekly reporting.
- A content creator can run research, scripts, thumbnails and video assembly from the Studio and the workspace.
I won't promise you a specific income number, because that depends on your business and your effort.
What I can tell you is that the system takes whole categories of routine work down to almost zero minutes of your attention.

What's Inside The Agent OS Pack
When you join, this is what you're actually getting.
- The Mission Control dashboard shows every agent's live status, model and current job on one screen.
- The memory setup connects your Obsidian vault so every agent reads your business context and saves outcomes back.
- The Kanban agent workflows let work finish while you're out of the office.
- The Hermes desk gives Hermes voice, tickets, outreach, sessions, skills and Goal Mode in one place.
- Free Claude Code runs the same Claude Code tooling through cheap or free models on OpenRouter.
- The Tailscale travel guide puts your whole system on your phone through a private network.
- The install video and docs take you through every tab, one numbered guide at a time.
- The 30-day roadmap tells you what to set up each day, starting with memory, then agents, then automation.
- The prompt library holds every prompt from my guides, ready to copy.
- Updates arrive whenever I improve the system, and the updater keeps your settings, keys and vault safe.
How A Business Gets And Installs The Agent OS
This is the simple path, written for business owners rather than developers.
- Join the AI Profit Boardroom, and check the link is skool.com/ai-profit-lab-7462.
- Open the Agent OS section in the classroom and download the dated pack.
- Unzip it and read the README and the disclaimer, because agents can touch your files.
- On a Mac, double-click Start Agent OS, which checks for Node.js, installs once and opens the dashboard.
- If you'd rather not touch anything, open Claude Code or Codex in the folder and ask it to follow the Setup With AI playbook.
- Run Check My Setup, which shows which features are ready and points you to the doc for anything missing.
- Connect your Obsidian vault and let the AI interview you about your business.
- Add one agent at a time, then follow the 30-day roadmap.
The Setup With AI playbook tells the AI to stop and ask you before anything that needs a paid account or an API key.
That matters for a business, because you stay in control of every cost.

What It Costs To Run
The Agent OS is part of your AI Profit Boardroom membership, and the running costs depend on which models you plug in.
My everyday work runs on free local models where it can, free APIs slot in for more, and the heavy jobs use the CLIs I already pay for.
If you already have a Claude subscription, the Claude CLI is included in it, and the Agent OS plugs straight into it, so you're not paying twice.
Free Claude Code routes routine jobs through OpenRouter, which keeps those costs very low.
Inside the Boardroom, there are full token-optimisation tutorials so you can keep usage down.
Why The Agent OS Isn't A Public GitHub Repo
It's the members' version.
I share it inside the AI Profit Boardroom together with the docs, the videos, the updates and the coaching that help people get it running in a real business.
I haven't published the source code on GitHub.
For anyone who wants to build their own, the free guides on agentos.guide explain the whole method.
Watch Out For Fake Agent OS Repos
When I searched GitHub on 9 October 2026, I found a few community repos that mention my name or the Agent OS.
None of them is published by me, and none of them is the members' pack.
For a business, the risk is real, because an unknown install script could read your files or your API keys.
- Don't install anything that calls itself the Julian Goldie Agent OS from GitHub.
- Never paste client data or API keys into a tool from a random repo.
- Only download the pack from the Boardroom classroom.
Free GitHub Alternatives For Businesses On A Zero Budget
If you want to start for free, three open-source projects are worth your time.
They aren't my Agent OS, but each covers part of the idea.
| Project | GitHub repo | Best business use |
|---|---|---|
| Hermes Agent | NousResearch/hermes-agent | A long-running agent you can give a big goal and leave to work. |
| Herald OS | iamlukethedev/Herald-OS | A clean desktop for Hermes with Spaces per client, Missions and Automations. |
| StarNet | androoAGI/starnet | A fun, local-first agent station with a crew you can recruit by role. |
All three are free under the MIT licence.
Herald OS is alpha software from an independent developer, Luke The Dev, and it isn't affiliated with Nous Research.
You can add a Space for each client in Herald OS, which is a neat idea for agencies, and my Herald OS business guide covers how.
StarNet is honestly more fun than practical right now, but it's a great way to learn how agent crews work.
My StarNet GitHub guide shows how a business might use it, and my post on AI automation for small business covers where to start if you're brand new.
Limits A Business Owner Should Know
- Your home internet sets the speed when you use the dashboard remotely, so expect a slight delay from far away.
- A power cut at home takes the dashboard offline, so a second copy on a travel laptop is a smart backup.
- Your Mac must be set to stay awake when the display is off, or your agents stop working.
- Agents work best when you follow the order of manual, then assisted, then automated.
That last point is the one people skip.
Do a task by hand with the agent until you'd sign your name to the output, then save it as a workflow, then automate it.
