The Hark Pro app is a free personal AI agent from Hark Labs that runs on iPhone, iPad, Android and the web, and it does real admin jobs for you on its own cloud computer.
For a business owner, that means the small jobs that eat your day can be handed over from your phone between meetings.
I tested Hark Pro on the free plan on camera, and in this post I'll show you where to get the app, how to set it up, and seven jobs I'd actually run from a phone.
I'll explain what the app is first, because you shouldn't connect your inbox to anything you don't understand.
I checked the store listings and Hark's own pages on 11 October 2026, and I haven't invented a single number.
What Is The Hark Pro App, In Plain English?
Hark Pro is a chat app that does things instead of just answering.
You type or say what you need, and it remembers your preferences from one conversation to the next.
When a job needs a website, it uses Handoff, which is Hark's own computer in the cloud.
Handoff signs in to sites for you, fills in forms and completes orders and bookings.
Hark's guide says it's focused on everyday items rather than code.
It also says it works for your private and professional life, for simple errands and serious projects.
Hark Labs, Inc. makes it, and Brett Adcock, who also founded Figure and Archer Aviation, founded the company.
Hark Pro launched on 6 October 2026.
My first impression was that it feels like the Apple of AI agents, and that it's what Apple should have released.
What Does The Hark Pro App Cost A Business?
The app is free to download and free to use.

Hark's pricing page says all features are offered in all plans, and upgrading only increases usage.
So you're never paying to unlock a feature.
There's one cost detail a business owner should know before tapping "upgrade" on an iPhone.
The US App Store listing shows in-app purchases of $26.00 for Hark Pro² and $129.99 for Hark Pro³.
Hark's terms say the app store sets the local price when you buy through an app store.
That makes the website the place I'd compare first.
I haven't confirmed Google Play's in-app prices, so check them against hark.com as well.

Where To Get The Hark Pro App
These are the official listings, and I confirmed each one loads.

On 11 October 2026, the US App Store showed a 4.9 rating from 149 ratings, and Google Play showed a 4.8 rating from 193 reviews.
Those numbers come from a very new app, so treat them as an early signal.
Hark doesn't publish a country list.
The App Store listing appeared in every storefront I checked, including the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, India, Japan, Brazil and Thailand, but not in China.
Make sure the publisher says Hark Labs, because there's an unrelated podcast app called Hark Audio.
How To Set Up The Hark Pro App In Five Minutes
- Install Hark Pro from the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code at hark.com/download.
- Sign in with Google, Apple or your email address, and use the same sign-in on every device.
- Allow notifications, because that's how Hark asks you to approve things when you're busy.
- Connect your email first, because Hark recommends it and I did the same with my Gmail.
- Check the details it shows you about yourself, such as your location.
- Answer its opening question with one real job you want gone this week.
- Leave your wallet until you've watched it finish a few jobs correctly.
Hark's terms say you must be at least 18 to use it.
Hark greeted me with, "Hi Julian. What's one thing on your plate this week I could take off?"
That question is the whole product in one line.
7 Jobs I'd Hand To The Hark Pro App From My Phone
These are all built on features I tested or that Hark documents.
I'm not going to promise you income from any of them, because what you get back is time.
1. The morning brief before your first meeting
"Prep my day" checks your calendar and your inbox and builds the day's itinerary.
The example I saw said, "Your inbox is clean. Do you want me to pull in the sales numbers before your team sales meeting at 4 p.m.?"
I'd run that from my phone before I even sit down at my desk.
2. Inbox decisions in a queue
The proactive inbox reads your emails and proposes action items.
You answer yes or no.
That's a perfect phone job, because it turns dead time in a queue into cleared email.
3. Client dinners and appointments
I typed, "Book an Italian restaurant for Wednesday next week."
Hark asked how many people and what time.
I replied "6pm, two people" with a typo, and it still understood me.
It then started booking one of my favourite restaurants on its own computer screen, and I stopped it before it completed because I was only testing.
For a real client dinner, I'd let it finish and approve the final step.
4. One-tap bills and subscriptions
Home shows Action Buttons, which are cards with a single action on them.
Hark's guide gives "Pay" a bill and "Cancel" a subscription as examples.
Hark's App Store description also says it can spot subscriptions before they renew.
Every business has software it forgot it was paying for, so this one earns its place.
5. A dashboard Panel for your shop or your week
Panels are mini apps you create by typing what you want.
The examples I saw tracked calendar events, Shopify packages arriving this week and new Apple Podcasts episodes.
When I asked for a productivity Panel, Hark asked whether I meant meeting hours versus focus time, or my to-do tasks, and it offered to connect ClickUp or Asana.
Hark's guide says you can tap "Reply" on a Panel to redesign it or dig into its data.
6. A launch or event run as a Project
Projects are dedicated threads that keep one topic and its files together.
They're made for long-horizon work that doesn't fit a normal chat.
I'd give a product launch, a conference trip or a hiring round its own Project, then check in from my phone.
7. Travel and recurring errands
Hark can plan a trip by finding camping spots, writing a packing list, telling you when to leave and booking the flights.
Scheduled tasks handle the repeating jobs, and you create them just by asking in chat.
Hark's guide uses a daily coffee delivery and a weekly meeting reminder as examples.
Specialties go further, because they're multi-step workflows Hark memorises, such as the exact way you want product returns handled.

Which Device Suits Each Hark Pro App Job?
Hark says its full capabilities are shared across Android, iOS and web, so this table is about comfort, not missing features.

In my test, I saw Gmail, Slack, GitHub, LinkedIn, Notion, Amazon and PayPal as integrations, plus the option to add a wallet.
Connected apps work directly inside Hark's own computer.
That was smoother than Grok Bot, where I often had to log in again through its computer for screen access.
I described it as a very simple, easy-to-use version of something like OpenClaw straight out of the box.
What The Hark Pro App Asks For On Your Phone
A business owner should read the labels before connecting a work inbox.

Google Play's data safety section says the developer shares no data with third parties and encrypts data in transit.
Hark's privacy policy says it doesn't use your inputs, outputs, memory, connected account data or sandbox data to train AI models.
It adds that no opt-out is needed.
Hark's security page says third-party models it uses have zero data retention.
Hark also says it never sells your data or shares it with advertisers.
You can delete your account under Settings, then Profile, then Delete Account.
Those are good terms, but they're Hark's terms, so check your own client contracts before you connect an inbox full of client data.
What The Hark Pro App Won't Do For Your Business
- It won't speak to you, because voice is input only.
- It won't run as a native Mac or Windows program, because a computer means the browser.
- It won't act as a team tool, because it's built around one person's life.
- It won't remove your responsibility, because Hark's terms treat your requests as your authorisation.
- It won't give you unlimited use for free, because every plan has a usage cap.
Hark's terms say it will ask you to confirm before spending your money unless you tell it otherwise.
Keep it that way for anything that touches a business card.
Hark also says its first physical product arrives in 2027, so the app is the whole product today.
Should A Business Owner Install The Hark Pro App?
A viewer left a fair comment on my video.
They listed Hermes, Muse, Dots, Grok, OpenBot and now Hark, and asked whether the differences are big enough to configure everything from scratch again.
My answer is that you shouldn't switch for novelty.
You should install it if your own admin is the bottleneck and you don't have an agent handling it yet.
It's the easiest onboarding I've been through, and the free plan includes everything.
